Lakáshitelesek, figyelem: döntött a Tisza-kormány, megszűnik a kamatstop!
Csaknem öt év után, 2026. szeptember 30-ával megszűnik a jelzáloghitelek kamatstopja – derült ki abból a hírverés nélkül közzétett tervezetből, amelyet társadalmi egyeztetésre bocsátott a kormány. A döntés összesen 216 ezer, vagyis mindegy negyedik lakáscélú és szabad felhasználású jelzáloghitel-szerződés törlesztőrészletét fogja érinteni, esetükben 2022 óta nem hagyta érvényesülni a piaci kamatváltozásokat az intézkedés. Kiszámoltuk, mekkora lehet a változás: egy 5 éves hátralévő futamidejű lakáshitel törlesztőrészlete nagyjából 10%-kal, havi pár ezer forinttal ugorhat meg. A sérülékeny adósok száma az MNB szerint 19 ezer fő, a rászorulóknak a hitelek banki újratárgyalását ajánlja a kormány.
