Ki állja a cechet a "banki" csalásoknál? - Két érdekes ítélet is érkezett

Történelmi csúcsra, 4,2 milliárd euróra robbant tavaly az európai banki kártyavisszaélések értéke, ami húsbavágó kérdést szegez a piacnak: ki fizeti ezt a gigantikus számlát? Két friss, bírósági döntés most komoly pofont osztott ki a pénzforgalmi szolgáltatóknak azzal, hogy az egekbe emelte az ügyfelek súlyos gondatlanságának bizonyítási lécét, a fogyasztók és mikrovállalkozások érdekeit szem előtt tartva. Legyen szó adathalász linkre kattintásról vagy kamu banki hívásról, a jövőben a bankoknak szinte lehetetlen lesz kibújniuk az alól, hogy egyetlen munkanapon belül saját zsebből térítsék meg az áldozatok kárát.
